Life Coach & Mentor

I work with women and young adults towards clarity of mind, confidence and life-shaping decisions, in line with their identity and dreams.

I’m a certified Life Coach and a mentor, with over 10 years’ experience supporting the personal ambition and satisfaction of women and young adults. Through non-judgemental, guided sessions, I empower my clients to navigate challenges in personal progress, relationships, identity and direction.

  • Mothers

As glorious as children are, being a mother in today's society is a challenge. Striking a balance is nigh on impossible. I help mothers to take a pause, strip back the noise and simplify. Then make space for their identity again.

  • Young Adults (17-24)

Young adults today are navigating a complex world. I work with my clients to help them exist independently and confidently. And provide a compassionate and objective sounding board for the ups and downs of life.

  • School Sixth Forms

I deliver dynamic workshops in schools to help prepare their sixth formers for life in the outside world. Together we explore core skills such as instinct, self-awareness, decision-making and setting goals.

Services & Info

  • My clients and I explore realities vs perceptions, patterns in relationships and thought processes. We define the meaning of success and (if needed) we make a plan. There is no judgement, no personal agenda. Each session is private, distraction-free and entirely yours.

  • In some cases I blend my coaching style with some mentoring. Mentoring is different from Life Coaching because it can involve sharing advice and points of view.

Through mentoring, I support my clients with their personal or professional development. Typically I work with young people emerging into adulthood and new parents navigating change.

N.B. I only mentor clients whose objectives are in line with my personal and professional experience and I will discuss mentoring with each new client.

  • Through the course of coaching, my clients and I sometimes identify needs that aren’t covered by my work. I have a trusted network of personal and emotional wellbeing practitioners, including psychotherapists and specialist coaches, whose help I may suggest to a client. There is no commission scheme - referrals are in the interests of my clients alone.

  • I am a certified Life Coach, having qualified from Animas Coaching in 2016, and I have an up to date Enhanced DBS Certificate.

  • My Life Coaching is charged at £90 for a 60 min remote session. In-person sessions may incur a higher fee. For a day rate or to discuss a reduced fee for a series of sessions, please contact me.

If you would like to access Life Coaching but are struggling financially, I lead a Life Coaching service at Wilfrid’s House which is a registered charity offering therapy and life coaching support.

About me

A decade ago I decided I had to step away from my vibrant but all-consuming brand agency life and find a more balanced way to work that would better suit my family life and the new values that motherhood brought with it. Drawn by a desire to help clients in a way that is as personal as it is practical, I trained as a Life Coach.

Ever since, I have been fascinated by innovative ways of supporting personal fulfilment and resilience. Alongside my private Life Coaching and sixth form workshops, I co-founded a psychological wellbeing concierge service called The Beehive Concierge, which helps families who don’t know where to turn in difficult situations. I also lead the Life Coaching service at Wilfrid’s House counselling and support charity to provide accessible coaching to those who need it.

I live in (and love!) North London, thrive on meeting interesting people and making connections, yearn for the days when I could take off travelling in far off lands and try each day to strike some kind of balance in this crazy world of ours.
